Privacy Policy

 

We respect your privacy, and protection of your personal and financial information is something we take very seriously.  Our Privacy Policy is that, except in very limited circumstances, we will never sell, rent, trade, share, or give away your personal information to anybody.  The exceptions are that we will share your information only when necessary to protect the rights or property of our customers, other individuals, or ourselves; to apply the terms of our Customer Agreement; or to comply with lawful requirements imposed by judicial proceedings.  We expect that such exceptions will be exceedingly rare, if they ever occur at all.

 

Your Personal Information

Your name and contact information are kept in computer files that become part of our company’s records.  After 60 days have passed following project delivery, we delete all audio files and transfer the project worksheets—which contain your contact information—to off-line storage for indefinite retention.  For payments made through customers’ PayPal or Zelle accounts, PayPal’s and Zelle's policies and protections apply; Play It Again, Paul, LLC will have access to your name and email address.
